September Update: Phase 2 (Part 1) Engagement Report and Update Presentation

The Broadway Plan team is happy to announce an update with new information and materials for your review. During the last couple of months we have seen a lot of change due to the COVID-19 pandemic; however, we want to assure you that work is continuing on the Broadway Plan. We would like to take the opportunity to provide an update on what we heard in the last phase of engagement and the next steps for the Broadway planning process.

Phase 2 (Part 1) Engagement Summary Report: From September 2019 to March 2020, the Broadway Plan team heard from about 1,800 people who live, work, play, and visit in the Broadway Plan study area. During this phase of engagement, we focused our efforts on hearing from communities who were underrepresented at in our previous consultations. Update Presentation: We have prepared a virtual presentation with an update on the impact of COVID-19 on the Broadway Plan work timeline, what we heard during Phase 2 (Part 1), and next steps.
