Carscadden Stokes McDonald Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to add and change the use of the existing building. The proposal includes the following:

  • Two additional floors for a total of six storeys
  • 40 dwelling units of secured Social Housing
  • Retail use at grade
  • An approximate floor space ratio of 5.43
  • An approximate height of 23 m (76 ft.)

Under the site’s existing Downtown zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
