41 W Pender St (DP-2023-00534) development application
Carscadden Stokes McDonald Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to add and change the use of the existing building. The proposal includes the following:
- Two additional floors for a total of six storeys
- 40 dwelling units of secured Social Housing
- Retail use at grade
- An approximate floor space ratio of 5.43
- An approximate height of 23 m (76 ft.)
Under the site’s existing Downtown zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
