The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from RM-3 (Residential) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 20-storey residential building over three levels of underground parking and includes:
164 secured rental units with 20% of the floor area secured for below market rental units (approximately 33 units);
A floor space ratio (FSR) of 6.50; and
A building height of 64.9 m (213 ft.).
This application is being considered under the Broadway Plan.
