The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from RM-3 (Residential) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 21-storey mixed-use building and includes:
172 secured rental units with 20% of the residential floor area secured for below market rental units;
Commercial space on the ground floor;
A floor space ratio (FSR) of 6.8; and
A building height of 68.7 m (228 ft.).
This application is being considered under the Broadway Plan.

On December 10, 2024 City Council referred this application to a Public Hearing.
