August 2024 – Rainwater Management for All New Low-Density Development

The City of Vancouver is proposing rainwater management regulations for all new low-density developments, including single family homes, duplexes and multiplexes. (Feedback received in March 2024 for multiplexes has been incorporated into the proposals). Any additional feedback is to be submitted by Thursday, September 26th, 2024.
