Future Opportunity to Review the Draft Jericho Lands Official Development Plan (ODP)

Following Vancouver City Council approval of the ʔəy̓alməxʷ/Iy̓álmexw/Jericho Lands Policy Statement in January 2024, the ʔəy̓alməxʷ/Iy̓álmexw/Jericho Lands Official Development Plan (ODP) is the next step in implementing the project prior to the rezoning application for the first phase of development.

The intent of the ODP is to translate key elements of the Council approved Policy Statement into a by-law. The ODP will provide direction and certainty on land use, housing, public amenities, and development phasing for the ʔəy̓alməxʷ/Iy̓álmexw/Jericho Lands.

Between February 6 and February 20, the draft ODP will be shared through an upcoming virtual information session so the public can review it and ask questions of City staff prior to its consideration by Council.
