Golf Services Plan survey prize terms and conditions

The Golf Services Plan Survey Prize Contest on Shape Your City will run from April 16 to April 30.

Completed surveys and contest entries must be submitted and received by 11:59pm on April 30 to be eligible.

To be entered into the draw, respondents must manually enter their email information into the Golf Services Plan Survey to confirm their entry. Winners will be notified within 1 week of the survey closing date (by April 30, 11:59pm).

No purchase necessary. Open to BC residents aged 18 and older. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Duplicate entries, or entries suspected to be fraudulent will be excluded

Winners will need to pick up their prizes in person from a Vancouver Parks Golf Championship Course (Fraserview Golf Course, McCleery Golf Course, or Langara Golf Course).

Winners who do not respond to the notification email and pick up their prize within 2 weeks of being notified will forfeit their prize. Winners will be re-drawn for forfeited prizes. Only one prize per person. Employees of the City of Vancouver, the Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation and any related agencies are not eligible to win. Prizes are as follows, must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Restrictions may apply:

• one of two green fee passes (est. value approx. $70 each). Pass is valid for one (1) green fee for one (1) person to play an 18-hole golf round at any one (1) of the three Vancouver Park Board Championship Golf Courses (Fraserview Golf Course, McCleery Golf Course, or Langara Golf Course). Must follow regular booking policies, but otherwise no time or day restrictions. Per loyalty policy, loyalty points are not earned on discounted rates (including green fee pass). Passes are valid until April 30, 2026.
