Why are we doing a Service Review?

We want to know what people think about the programs and services at Carnegie, Evelyne Saller, and Gathering Place community centres because the community's needs are always changing.

    How can I provide feedback?

There are opportunities to join focus groups now. People who currently use the Carnegie, Evelyne Saller, or Gathering Place community centres can sign up at the centre's information desk or programming office. You can find out more information about available groups there. Please be aware there is limited space and not everyone who signs up may be selected to attend.

After the focus groups are complete, a survey will be available for community to provide further feedback on our programs and services. Survey information will be available on this page and at the centres.

How are the focus groups being run?

Focus groups will be led by two Peers. They'll have a list of questions to guide discussions. Different groups of people from all three centres will have their own focus groups.

What will patrons receive for attending a focus group?

People who come to focus groups will get food and drinks. They'll also receive honorarium for sharing their opinions.

What happens after the focus groups?

After the focus groups, there will be a survey for everyone to share their thoughts. All the feedback will be put into a report. Everyone can read this report. The centres will use the feedback to make programs and services better.

When will the survey be available?

The survey will be created after the focus groups are done. It will be shared with people as soon as possible. You can sign up by email on this webpage to have the survey sent to you when it is ready.

What are you doing with all this feedback?

All the feedback will be put into a report. Everyone can read this report. The centres will use the feedback to make programs and services better.
