Spring 2023 information boards, survey and workshops

Get involved with the Hastings-Sunrise (Adanac Overpass) traffic calming project.

  1. Learn more about the traffic calming project:
    • Take a look at our information boards (PDF, 8.1MB) which contain more information about the project, the vehicle volumes and speeds data collected, and potential traffic calming measures.
  2. Give your feedback on a survey:
    • Complete our survey between Friday, March 17 and Friday, April 28, 2023.
  3. Join a workshop:
    • As part of the first phase of public engagement, we are hosting online workshops in April to share details and gather feedback. Join staff in a workshop to go through the Neighbourhood Traffic Management Programand provide your feedback on vehicle volumes, speeds and potential traffic calming measures for this area. Registration is required to join the workshops on WebEx. All workshops will be the same. Please sign up for one of the following dates:
      • Tuesday, April 4, 6:30 – 8:00 pm
      • Wednesday, April 5, 6:30 – 8:00 pm
      • Thursday, April 13, 6:30 – 8:00 pm
  4. Share your areas of concern on our map between Friday, March 17 and April 28, 2023.
