Intarsia Design Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations to an existing Heritage B Multiple Conversion Dwelling, including:

  • Removing of an internal staircase to combine two units into one on the main floor
  • The alteration affects 995 Bute Street and 1207 Nelson Street
  • A Heritage Revitalization Agreement from four to three units in this existing building

Under the site’s existing RM-5B zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
