Grosvenor - Property Americas has applied to the City of Vancouver, seeking to develop a temporary building on this site as follows:

  • A single storey temporary building serving as the presentation centre
  • A floor area of approximately 925 m² (9,962 sq.ft.)
  • A maximum height of approximately 6.1 m (20 ft.)
  • Surface parking accessed via new temporary road off West 38th Avenue

Under the site’s existing RS-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
