985 Windermere St (DP-2021-00280) development application

Skladan Architecture Ltd has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • An outdoor patio seating area, having approximately 275 square feet, with portion on public property
  • In conjunction with existing Retail - Limited Food use [Parker Street Café]

Under the site’s existing C-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
