Aneek Developments Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a three-storey multiple dwelling building containing three secured rental units and six strata market units consisting of:

  • A proposed height of 10.8 m (35.5 ft.)
  • A proposed overall floor space ratio of 1.47 (857.1 m² / 9,226.0 sq. ft.)
  • A total of five parking spaces at the rear having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RM-4 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
