Wesgroup has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:

  • A six-storey rental building with 77 rental units
  • 25 moderate income housing units with underground parking


These proposals are subject to Council enactment of the CD-1 rezoning, approval of the Form of Developments, and require the decision of the Director of Planning.
