An appeal was heard by the Board of Variance on April 22, 2022, 2022 and was ALLOWED, thereby overturning the decision of the Director of Planning. A Development Permit was issued on June 2, 2022.
David Eaton Architect Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations, consolidate units #4 and #5 and change of use from Retail Store to Retail Type-2 Liquor Store on this site, including:
- A floor area of approximately 2,295 sq. ft.
- Operating hours of:
- 9 am to 11 pm, seven days a week
Under the site’s existing CD-1(488) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
