8804 Osler Holding Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a new six-storey mixed-use building on this site, consisting of:
- Retail uses on first storey
- Dwelling uses on second to sixth storeys
- 50 dwelling units, including 22 lock-off units
- Rooftop amenity
- Two levels of underground parking having vehicular access from the lane
- Total floor area of approximately 4,573 m²
- Total FSR of 3.05
- Overall height of 24.8 m
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, to be approved by Council, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires decision of the Director of Planning.
