GBL Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop an 11-storey, mixed use building, consisting of:
- Retail on the first storey, office use on the second storey, in conjunction with 58 dwelling units from the third to eleventh storeys
- Floor Space Ratio of 4.1
- A floor area of 61,877 ft2 (5,748 m2)
- A proposed height of approximately 126 ft. (38.4 m)
- Three levels of underground parking, having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
