We would like your feedback on a rezoning proposal at 811 Carrall St (Northeast False Creek Sub-area 6C). The proposal is to allow for the development of the 10.22-acre site into a mixed-use development. The zoning would change from BCPED (BC Place/Expo District) to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. This proposal includes:
A variety of buildings with heights up to 41 storeys
Commercial uses
Residential uses
Social housing
A public plaza at the foot of Georgia St, and delivery of the Creekside Park Extension.
An open house was held on June 10, 2017 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm at Carrall St between Keefer St and Expo Boulevard (600 block of Carrall St). A second round of open houses were held on November 18, 20 and 21, 2017 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, November 22, 2017 from 3:00-9:00 pm at 515 W Broadway (City Studio), and an open house was held on November 23, 2017 from 2:00-6:00 pm at Chinatown Plaza (180 Keefer St).
