8 E 33rd Ave (DP-2020-00559) development application

Holborn Properties Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site (north-west portion of the Little Mountain Site fronting East 33rd Avenue), consisting of:
- a single storey temporary presentation sales centre
- With an approximate height of 6 m (16.7 ft.)
- An approximate gross floor area 522.12 m² (5,620 sq.ft.)
- 15 surface parking, 3 Class A and 6 Class B bicycle spaces accessed from James Street
Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional" so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
