The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on August 18, 2021

Holborn Properties Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site (north-west portion of the Little Mountain Site fronting East 33rd Avenue), consisting of:

  • A single storey temporary presentation sales centre
  • With an approximate height of 6 m (16.7 ft.)
  • An approximate gross floor area 522.12 m² (5,620 sq.ft.)
  • 15 surface parking, 3 Class A and 6 Class B bicycle spaces accessed from James Street

Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional" so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
