7969-7989 Cambie St rezoning application

We would like your feedback on a rezoning application at 7969-7989 Cambie St. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 6-storey residential building. The zoning would change from RS-1 (Residential) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. This proposal includes:
- 27 strata-titled units
- A floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.46
- A total floor area of 2,373 sq. m (25,548 sq. ft.)
- A building height of 21 m (69 ft.)
- 34 vehicle parking spaces and 69 bicycle parking spaces
The application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan.
In response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we held an extended online question and answer (Q&A) period in place of an in-person open house for this project.
This application was approved by Council at Public Hearing on May 17, 2022
Q&A is available from September 27 to October 17, 2021.
Q&A replaces in-person open houses, which are on hold due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
