7525 Cambie St rezoning application
Revised Submission:
We would like your feedback on a revised rezoning application at 7525 Cambie Street. The revised proposal is to allow for the development of a 6-storey mixed-use building with commercial uses at grade. The zoning would change from C-1 (Commercial) to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. This proposal includes:
- 66 strata-titled residential units
- A floor space ratio (FSR) of 3.22
- A floor area of 5,911 sq. m (63,628 sq. ft.)
- A building height of 23.5 m (77.17 ft.)
- 106 vehicle parking spaces and 138 bicycle parking spaces
The application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan.

- A floor space ratio (FSR) of 3.54
- A floor area of 6,507 sq. m (70,035 sq. ft.)
- A building height of 24.6 m (80.60 ft.)
- A partial 7th storey common amenity space
- 112 vehicle parking spaces and 160 bicycle parking spaces

Requests to speak open at 8:30 am on Friday, April 26, 2024. You may also register in person at City Hall between 5:30 and 6:00 pm on the day of the Public Hearing. All spoken and written comments will be publicly accessible on the City of Vancouver’s website with your full name attached.
Copies of the draft by-laws will be made available for in-person viewing from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays at the City Clerk’s Office on the 3rd Floor of City Hall from Friday, April 26, 2024, and for viewing on the meeting agenda page on the same Friday starting at 1:00 pm. Minutes of the Public Hearing will also be available at this location approximately two business days after the meeting.
