The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on February 16, 2022.


Billard Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations and to change the use from Retail to Retail (Small Scale Pharmacy) and Health Care Office, including:

  • A floor area of approximately 1,273 sq. ft. for the Pharmacy
  • A floor area of approximately 1,773 sq. ft. for the Health Care Office
  • Proposed hours of operation:
    • 8 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday

Under the site’s existing CD-1 (679) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
