Mussen Cattell Mackey Partnership has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter the approved development permit as follows:

  • Additional Heritage Density
  • Interior changes to Heritage details
  • Interior changes to configuration of commercial spaces
  • Additional entries to retail units on ground level
  • Changes to bike facilities and parking stalls
  • Associated landscaping on various levels

Under the site’s existing DD zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
