Mussen Cattell Mackey Partnership has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to retain the podium structure and adding two towers above. The proposal includes the following:

  • Additional Heritage Density
  • Changes to rooftop forms
  • Additional parking stalls
  • Exterior changes to canopy depths on ground level at each elevation
  • Associated landscaping on various levels

Proposed net changes to FSR:

  • Net FSR increase from 11.01 to 11.05
  • A proposed net increase of 8,241 square feet in Heritage Density

Under the site’s existing DD zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
