Michael Lemon Architect has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a new Passive House multiple dwelling building, containing three strata-titled dwelling units on this site, consisting of:

  • A Floor Space Ratio of 0.98 (approximately 3,944 sq. ft.)
  • A proposed height of approximately 39 ft.
  • Two parking spaces at the rear, having access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RM-4 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
