The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from R1-1 (Residential Inclusive) District to RM-8A (Residential) District. This proposal includes:

  • Stacked townhouses or rowhouses up to 3 storeys fronting the street; and
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) up to 1.20.

The application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan.

If approved, this site's zoning will change to RM-8A, an established zoning district. Any development on the site would be regulated by the District Schedule and accompanying design guidelines. This approach differs from a site-specific Comprehensive Development (CD-1) District rezoning.

The specific form of development (building design) will be reviewed through a future Development Permit process. Application drawings will be available for viewing and comment at that time.
