AA Robins Architect has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- A new certified Passive House duplex with a detached garage
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.75 for the site (approximately 2,831.5 sq. ft.)
- A proposed height of approximately 11.3 ft. (3.44 m)
- A total of two parking spaces having access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RT-3 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
