The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on July 31, 2024.


W. T. Leung Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior and exterior alterations and to change the use of the 3rd, 4th and 5th level from Office to Hotel use, and an addition of a 6th level (approximately 2,047 sq. ft.) in this existing mixed-use building, consisting of:

  • A floor space ratio of 4.40 for the building (approximately 30,146 sq. ft.)
  • A proposed height of approximately 81.41 ft.

Under the site’s existing HA-1A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
