Common Ground Consulting has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six-storey mixed-use residential building, containing a health care office on the main storey and 32 rental residential units above, consisting of:
A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 3.50 (approximately 27,655 sq. ft.)
A proposed Height of 69.4 ft.
One level of underground parking having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
