The Director of Planning approved the application on October 19, 2022, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Formwerks Architectural has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on the site, a three-storey multiple dwelling building consisting of:

  • A total of nine dwelling units
  • A proposed height of 11.5 m. (37.7 ft.)
  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 1.18 (820.4 m² / 8,831.8 sq. ft.)
  • Five surface parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RM-8A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
