Peterson BC has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- One 29-storey residential tower containing 176 strata units
- One 15-storey hotel tower containing 233 hotel suites
- Both over six levels of podium
- 10 live-work artist studios, turnkey to the city
This proposal is subject to Council enactment of the CD-1 rezoning, approval of the Form of Development and decision by the Director of Planning.
