5860 E Blvd (DP-2021-00894) development application
The Director of Planning approved the application on May 2, 2022, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Absolute Design Services has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- To change the use from general office (Educational consultation) to a childcare centre for 16 children of preschool ages with minor interior alterations on the ground floor in this mixed-use building
- Hours of operation:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm
- Hours of operation:
- Two staff parking and two pick up and drop off parking spaces are provided on-site in the underground parkade having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing CD-1(622) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
