Urban Design Group Architects Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations and to change a portion of the existing Social Service Centre (office) on the 5th floor, to Child Daycare Facility (Preschool) for 25 children, in this existing mixed use building, consisting of:
A floor area of approximately 3,797.0 sq. ft.
Hours of operation Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
Under the site’s existing CD-1(393) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
