The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on January 17, 2022.


Kuno Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • To renovate and add to the existing character two-family dwelling and develop a one-family dwelling infill at the rear
  • A peak height of 27.9 ft (8.5 m) for the infill and no change to the principal dwelling at 33.10 ft (10.3 m)
  • Total Floor Space Ratio of 4,360 sq.ft. (405 m²): 3,699 for the principal dwelling and 661 sq.ft. for the infill
  • With an attached three-car garage

Under the site’s existing RT-3 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
