5412 Cambie St rezoning application

We would like your feedback on a rezoning application at 5412 Cambie St. The proposal is to allow for the development of a six-storey strata residential building. The zoning would change from RT-2 (single detached houses and duplexes) to CD-1 (comprehensive development) District. This proposal includes:

  • 23 market strata units
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.46
  • A site area of 769.33 sq. m (8,281 sq. ft.)
  • A building height of 19.17 m (62.9 ft.)
  • A partial 7th storey common amenity space
  • 25 vehicle parking spaces and 47 bicycle parking spaces

The application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan.


In response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we will be holding an extended online question and answer (Q&A) period in place of an in-person open house for this project.
