505 Burrard St (DP-2022-00258) development application

The Director of Planning approved the application on June 17, 2022, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Hudson Pacific Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver for alteration work, including:

  • Addition of a new entrance of approximately 83 m2 (900 sq.ft.) between Bentall Towers 1 and 2, providing access to the existing concourse level from Burrard Street
  • Interior alteration of approximately 24 m2 (260 sq.ft.) at the existing concourse level to accommodate new access

Under the site’s existing DD zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision by the Director of Planning.
