5019-5039 Payne St rezoning application
This application was withdrawn in March 2024.
We would like your feedback on a rezoning application at 5019-5039 Payne St. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 14-storey residential building. The zoning would change from R1-1 (Residential Inclusive) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. This proposal includes:
- 117 strata-titled residential units;
- A floor space ratio (FSR) of 4.50;
- A floor area of 7,326 sq. m (78,857 sq. ft.);
- A building height of 42.7 m (140 ft.); and
- 78 vehicle parking spaces and 306 bicycle parking spaces.
The application is being considered under the Joyce-Collingwood Station Precinct Plan.
