  • An amenity space located on level 15
  • A total proposed FSR of 6.2
  • A total proposed floor area of 98,898 ft2 (9,188 m2)
  • A total proposed height of 150 ft. (45.7 m)
  • Three levels of underground parking, having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
