The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on February 3, 2022.


Plan Bleu Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations and to change the use from Grocery/Drug Store to Health Care Office with Small Scale Pharmacy, consisting of:

  • A floor area of approximately 3,675 sq. ft.
  • Hours of operation:
    • 7 am to 9 pm, seven days a week

Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
