4575 Granville St rezoning application

This application was approved by Council at Public Hearing on October 14, 2021



We would like your feedback on a rezoning application at 4575 Granville St. The proposal is to allow for the development of four-storey stacked townhouse building. The zoning would change from RS-5 (Residential) to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. This proposal includes:

  • 24 secured market rental units
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 1.23
  • A floor area of 1,996.9 sq. m (21,494.9 sq. ft.)
  • A building height of 11.5 m (37.76 ft.)
  • 17 vehicle parking spaces and 54 bicycle parking spaces

The application is being considered under the Affordable Housing Choices Interim Rezoning Policy.

In response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), an extended online question and answer (Q&A) period was held in place of an in-person open house for this project.
