The Director of Planning has requested you be advised that this development application was withdrawn on September 24, 2024.

Strand Developments has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

• 303 secure rental residential units
• 227,992 sq.ft. (21,181.2 m²) of office
• 28,474 sq.ft. (2,645.8 m²) commercial at grade
• 6,500 sq.ft. (604.6 m²) of cultural amenity space
• 500,360 sq.ft. gross floor Area
• A FSR of 4.67
• Over four levels of underground parking

Under the site’s CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
