Strand Developments has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- 303 secure rental residential units
- 227,992 sq.ft. (21,181.2 m²) of office
- 28,474 sq.ft. (2,645.8 m²) commercial at grade
- 6,500 sq.ft. (604.6 m²) of cultural amenity space
- 500,360 sq.ft. gross floor Area
- A FSR of 4.67
- Over four levels of underground parking
Under the site’s CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
