DOS Design Group has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A two-and-one-half-storey, one-family dwelling with secondary suite (Building 1) at the front of site facing Welwyn Street and a second principal one-family dwelling (Building 2) at the rear of site facing Miller Street
  • A proposed total Floor Space Ratio of 0.60 for the site (Approximately 2,522 sq. ft.), that is 0.40 FSR for Building 1 and 0.20 FSR for Building 2
  • Proposing total heights of approximately 28.41 ft. (Building 1) and 24.98 ft. (Building 2)
  • Building 2 providing two carport parking spaces having vehicular access from Miller Street

Under the site’s existing RM-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
