- A two-storey plus basement and cellar single detached house with a secondary suite
- Secondary suite to be located in the basement
- Detached accessory building (garage) at the rear providing four parking spaces having vehicular access from West King Edward Ave
Under the site’s existing RS-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
