Loy Leyland Architect Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A two-storey plus basement, one-family dwelling with a detached accessory building (garage) at the rear, providing three parking spaces and an at grade parking pad, having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RS-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.

Review of design guidelines applicable to one and two family dwellings in this district has been streamlined as per the Council report of June 8, 2021. This is a temporary measure for one year.
