3885 W 37th Ave (DP-2023-00356) development application

MJS Design Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site:

• A two-storey plus basement and cellar single detached house with a secondary suite
• Secondary suite to be located in the basement
• Detached accessory building (garage) at the rear, providing three parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane.

Under the site’s existing RS-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
