A proposed height of 24 ft. for the infill building
An attached accessory building providing a total of three parking spaces having vehicular access from Matthews Avenue
Under the site’s existing FSD zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
