Wiedemann Architectural Design has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior and exterior alterations and additions to the existing accessory buildings to create an one-and-one-half-storey, infill one-family dwelling and to develop a new accessory building housing an indoor swimming pool with:
- A proposed total FSR of 0.11 (3,123 sq. ft.)
- A proposed height of 24 ft. for the infill building
- An attached accessory building providing a total of three parking spaces having vehicular access from Matthews Avenue
Under the site’s existing FSD zoning(External link), the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
