LQ Design Group Ltd has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site:

  • A two-storey single family dwelling
  • A secondary suite
  • Three open parking spaces at the rear, having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing R1-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.

On June 7, 2022, Council extended the streamlined review process for an additional two years.
