Thrive Advisors has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • To perform interior alterations and a change of use from Restaurant Class - 1 to Cannabis Retail Store
  • Proposed hours of operation: 9 am - 11 pm, seven days a week
  • Approximately 1,222.00 sq. ft.

Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
