- A new one-and-a-half storey, one-family dwelling (Building 2) on the North portion of the site
- Total Height of approximately 25.00 ft.
- Total Floor Space Ratio (FSR): 0.23 (approximately 1,516.00 sq. ft.)
- Providing three parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RT-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
